Matthew was one of those people who everyone loved.  He was kind and so very witty.  He had endless patience for staff and students; in sum, he had a heart of gold.  We all miss him very much indeed and he will never be forgotten.

After raising a magnificent sum of money for the fantastic people at St Gemma's with a retirement and a birthday collection earlier in the year, Matthew's main concern was that we support the wonderful work of Maggie's which he appreciated a great deal.  Please do not feel that you have to leave a donation to use this tribute site.  Your thoughts and memories of Matthew are just as important.
